Nord Charente Homes is a fully registered, independent French Estate Agent run by real French people, covering the South West of France.
We are a young, family team, with children who go to local french schools and parents who have retired here, we therefore have a wealth and depth of knowledge to draw from.
Having made the move to the Charente in 1991, and having immersed ourselves in the local community, we now have the knowledge to pass on to you. Our aim is to help other like minded people make the move. We understand that there can be hurdles that need to be overcome, and if we can help you over any of these, we will.
We know our areas and we know our properties, you will not be dealingthrough a middle man, we do not inflate prices or charge for hidden extras, what you see is what you get -at the price stated.

Due to increased demand from our customers, we are now covering an extended area whilst maintaining the quality of service that our client have become used to.

We have recruited a team of agents, knowledgable in the area in which they live and who are best placed to support you once you have moved.
With their in-depth knowledge of their local area and our support we can offer you a superior service from choosing your property to moving in and beyond. You'll find with us that our service to you does not stop the day that you move in!

Our Service to you - what to expect from us..

Having helped you to find your dream property we don't drop you like a stone, we also won't ask you to pay a service fee, unlike some agents!!
Included in our service to you is:

Property Search, listening to your requirements and helping you to choose your new home in France. Fully accompanied visits to our properties in our fully insured vehicles.

Connection of services including Electricity, Water & Gas and the opening of relevent accounts.

Bank accounts, as rules and regulations have changed we can no longer open an account on your behalf but we will only to pleased to personally introduce you to a local bank.

On going support by either email, phone or in person. This doesn't expire with time and we are only to pleased to catch up with clients old and new.
